Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): DHL/FedEx delivery in 10-15 business days with full tracking and insurance.
2. Free Shipping (orders over $50): EMS delivery in 15-25 business days with basic tracking.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) from our Holmen, Wisconsin facility. You’ll receive tracking information via email once shipped.
