Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our anglers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fly Tying Materials (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
  • Items damaged due to improper use or normal wear and tear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps—as straightforward as threading your fly line:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request using the template below.
  2. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Securely package the item(s) with the RAN clearly marked on the outside.
  4. Ship the package to our address (provided with your RAN) using a trackable method.
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds for exchanges.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying the replacement item(s) desired
  3. We’ll ship your new item(s) once the return is processed (additional charges may apply for price differences)

Exchange shipping is free for customers in the continental U.S. International customers may incur additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare as a mayfly hatch in winter), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

For our global anglers (excluding certain Asian regions), please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Processing may take additional time for international shipments
