Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: 1-2 business days

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian regions and remote areas). International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return & Exchange Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Required: Original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our anglers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fly Tying Materials (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
  • Items damaged due to improper use or normal wear and tear

Step-by-Step Return Process

As straightforward as threading your fly line, here’s how to initiate a return:

1. Contact Us

Email [email protected] within 15 days using our Return Request Template below. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

2. Prepare Your Package

Securely repackage the item(s) with the RAN clearly marked on the outside. Include all original packaging and accessories.

3. Ship Your Return

Mail to: Fly Tyer Pro Sales, 3613 Lauren Drive, Holmen, WI 54636 USA using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number.

4. Inspection & Processing

Once received and inspected (typically within 3 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Details

  • Timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (price differences may apply)
  4. Free exchange shipping for continental U.S. customers (international may incur additional fees)

Damaged or Defective Items

While rare as a mayfly hatch in winter, if you receive a damaged or defective item:
