3.3 Non-Returnable Items

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.3 Customs and Import Fees

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Original receipt or order confirmation is required.

6.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Receive Return Authorization Number (RAN)
3. Ship items to our Wisconsin address with RAN clearly marked
4. Allow 3 business days for inspection upon receipt

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.4 Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Continental U.S. customers receive free exchange shipping; international customers may incur additional fees.
